Staying hydrated is the simplest path for improved wellness. You know, I know it, we all know it that about 60% of our body is water. Drinking water improves brain function, provides instant energy, curbs hunger and aids in weight loss and improves blood flow and circulatory functions in our body. Despite that, majority of us are dehydrated daily.
We reach for coffee, and tea, but fail to drink water. Why? Because it does not appeal to our taste buds, that’s why! Other beverages have a taste; sweet, bitter, sour, etc., but water is usually tasteless. For that reason, at least I know for me, I’d rather have coffee/tea over water.

Water + Chia Seeds + Lemon
Chia seeds are high in fiber, antioxidants, protein, bone nutrients, and omegas. Soak a handful in a 32 or 64 oz bottle and in the morning, add a drop of lemon to it and drink away!

This my friends is the ultimate drink to lose belly fat. Before I got married, I used to make a pitcher of it the night before, put it in the fridge, and then drink it all next day. Ginger is an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and has a whole bunch of benefits for our body, digestion, weight etc. Mint and lemon are also great for weight loss, detox, and to balance our body’s pH level.
