We have vegetarian and non-vegetarian days in a week at home. On days that we eat meat, breakfast usually consists of different kinds of eggs, cheese, spinach, and avocado sandwiches. However, on vegetarian days, I have a hard time coming up with breakfast ideas. We don’t have many oatmeal lovers in the house. Therefore, with an exception of avocado, banana, peanut butter sandwiches, I usually eat some boring leftover or skipping breakfast all together.
Skipping breakfast is NOT a good decision. However, if your mornings are as busy as mine, you can end up either skipping breakfast or making poor eating choices.
Today, I would like to share these wonderful smoothie recipes that not only taste good, but have oodles of healthy ingredients in them to make up for any skipped breakfast days.
