A little reading is all the therapy a person can need sometimes. Be it a book, or a nifty article, reading helps expand your mind, helps reduce stress, improves your focus and concentration, and better yet, enhances your writing abilities! [YAYY for blogging!] Besides reading is sexy ;).
With my girls keeping me busy round the clock, reading is definitely a LUXURY and SELF-CARE for me! I try to squeeze time during breastfeeding, before sleeping, and even early morning when I get up before I have to work. It is definitely relaxing and keeps those brain cells kicking for good measure!
So, without further ado, I would like to share some of the articles I found interesting this week. I will also share a book that I am currently reading, and I hope that you find these interesting and stimulating.
